Hello. My husband Ben & I bought our first home in 2021. We have truly loved having a space to call our own. There is something so rewarding about putting work into a space and watching it transform from a house into a home.
Our home was built in the 1920s and the original hardwood floors are still in tact. However when we first moved in, a lot of the original character had been stripped from the house. It is so important to me to add back as much character as we can, since that is really what made me fall in love with the house in the first place. For now, I thought I would share some pictures of our home from the last year.
I definitely have a long list of projects that I was to accomplish this year in our home including redoing our kitchen, putting up crown molding on the first level, and redoing the hardwood floors on the stairs and hallway. I will be sure to share updates, as Ben & I start those lengthy projects.
